Returns & Refunds

We stand by the consumer guarantee act, where we will replace or refund any faulty products. If you find that the product you have received is faulty or defective, please contact us immediately on (06) 3682978 so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

When possible, if items are the wrong size etc., we will make an exchange for the correct item. This excludes indent orders (goods ordered specifically for you), which cannot be returned.

Returned goods must be received within 14 days of purchase accompanied with original receipt. Tack Up Equestrian reserves the right to refuse goods returned that have been used and/or are damaged and not in the same condition as when they left the store. Returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase, with original packaging and tags still attached. 

Exchanges and refunds cannot be made before we receive back the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days unfortunately are not be eligible for exchange or return. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item or an exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend that you send your returns by a track and trace system if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for returns  that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on most sale and discounted items, or indent ordered goods.

Vouchers are non-refundable and will not be extended past the specified date on the original voucher.

Stock Availability

While we do our best to keep our website up to date, there will be times where some products listed are not available. If your order cannot be filled, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will offer you an option to back order the item, an alternative item or a refund. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. Please also note that this website is not stock controlled. 


We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving your order. Orders should be received  within 5 working days but if your order is being delivered to a rural address allow an additional 3 working days. Please note couriered items cannot be delivered to a P.O Box, and occasionally a rural location.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. they provide us with an online E-Commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, data bases and general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose direct payment through our gateway Px Pay to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
